Village Market reserves the right to change any of its policies without notice at any time

To abide by safety and health codes, we ask all our customers to always wear shoes, shirts and lower-body garments while in the store. Failure to follow this policy may result in management asking you to leave. 

For safety reasons, customers are not allowed to use any wheeled recreational device while in the store. A bicycle rack is located on the outside of the building for customer convenience. Excluding large devices (bicycles, unicycles, etc.), you may bring your wheeled recreational device into the store, but you must carry it with you and not use it. Failure to follow this policy may result in management asking you to leave.

Wheeled recreational devices extend, but aren't limited to: Automatic/powered wheeled devices, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, unicycles.

• Returns must be within 30 days of purchase & receipt must be present*
• Partially consumed products cannot be returned unless purchased past its expiration date, or the product is defective*
• Returned items must be physically brought back to the store
• No returns on marked-down or clearance items
  *Store credit will be given if receipt not present.

*Defective products are eligible for returns only if they are physically brought back to the store within 90 days of purchase, and the receipt is present. If no receipt is present, store credit may be issued. We cannot return any items over-the-phone or via email.

Village Market reserves the right to change its Return Policy at any time.

• $2 per week per posting
• Minimum 1 week
• Maximum 4 weeks
• Postings must not be larger than a 4x6 index card
• Renewals must be done in-person (to keep your posting and financial details safe and accurate, we do not perform renewals over the phone or via email)
• Most postings will go on the board within 24 hours of paying (Friday postings will go up on the following Monday)
• VM employees do not make edits (if you need to change anything on your posting, you must come do so in-person (we will not make changes for you))
• Edits to an existing posting will be treated as a new posting and will result in a new charge (your new posting will not gain any time remaining from the old posting)
• Village Market management reserves the right to deny postings at their discretion
• ALL SALES FINAL (no refunds if you willingly remove your posting early)
